Tasting Notes:
Trinidad Distillers Limited is rightfully celebrated around the world for their flavorful column distillates. Fresh and fruity, yet rich and creamy in character. Notes of mango, banana, licorice, cinnamon and allspice carried from nose to finish.

 

History of the Cask:
This rum was distilled at Trinidad Distillers Limited 22 years ago in the year 2000. The casks aged for 15 years at the distillery after which is travelled  the Atlantic Ocean in 2015 towards the United Kingdom for an additional 7 years maturation in the historic docks of Liverpool.
